Amy Winehouse’s 2007 performance at Glastonbury is coming to vinyl. Released on 3rd June, it will celebrate the 15th anniversary of her set on the Pyramid Stage.
It will be the first time the performance appears on vinyl, set to be released on 2LP. It was Amy’s second appearance at Glastonbury, coming a year after the release of Back to Black – one of the most popular UK albums in history, and the one which launched Amy to international superstardom.
The new release will be titled Live At Glastonbury 2007. Unlike studio recordings of the songs, the 2LP will feature all of Amy’s idiosyncrasies and soundbites, between songs as well as singing.
The tracklist, which can be found in full below, features classics such as ‘Rehab’, ‘Back To Black’, ‘Tears Dry On Their Own’ and ‘Valerie’.
Glastonbury’s co-organiser, Emily Eavis, lended a quote to the vinyl release, saying: “Amy Winehouse was a Glastonbury-goer through and through. She either came and played or, when she wasn’t working, came and camped. She played in the blistering heat and the heavy rain, and there were so many magical moments to her performances.”
