Arlo Parks has announced a global headline tour in support of her forthcoming album Ambiguous Desire.
The tour will include a major London date at O2 Academy Brixton on 20th October 2026, alongside extensive runs across North America and Europe.
Ahead of the tour, Parks will also appear at a special support show with David Byrne in Dublin this June at St Anne’s Park.
Ambiguous Desire is due for release on 3rd April 2026 and marks the London artist’s third studio album. According to early descriptions, the record draws on a wide palette of influences, from the queer club culture of New York’s Paradise Garage to the nocturnal UK sounds of The Streets and Burial, alongside the dancefloor sheen of LCD Soundsystem and house producer Theo Parrish.
The tour announcement follows a series of intimate record-store shows across the UK scheduled for early April to celebrate the album’s arrival. Those performances, taking place in cities including London, Leeds, Nottingham and Brighton, sold out almost immediately.
Since emerging in the late 2010s, Parks has become one of Britain’s most acclaimed contemporary songwriters. Her debut album Collapsed in Sunbeams won the Mercury Prize in 2021 and established her reputation for diaristic lyricism and emotionally precise storytelling. The record also helped earn her Breakthrough Artist at the Brit Awards the same year.
Her follow-up, My Soft Machine, expanded her musical palette and featured collaborations including Phoebe Bridgers, further cementing her international profile.
Outside music, Parks has also been active in humanitarian work and was appointed a UNICEF ambassador in 2025, becoming the youngest person to hold the role.
With Ambiguous Desire, she now moves into what appears to be her most experimental era yet, pairing electronic textures with the intimate songwriting that first brought her acclaim.
Tickets for the tour go on general sale on 13th March at 10am.
