Bones Ate Arfa have released new single ‘Soda’, the second preview of their upcoming third EP, due later this year.

The trio, Bones on guitar, 8 on drums and Arfa on bass and vocals, have spent the past few years building steadily from local shows to festival stages, including sets at The Great Escape, Wilderness and Brighton Psych Festival.

‘Soda’ marks a heavier, darker turn for the band, built on razor-sharp guitars, thrashing drums and the trio’s signature distorted bass, colliding into something explosively cathartic. The track accelerates compulsively, spiralling downward into darker territory, with a chorus that reckons with the messiest, most poisonous parts of life.

‘Soda’ is out now.
