The Doc n’ Roll film festival celebrates the masterful art of music documentary making, and they’re returning to the UK from 26 October – 12 November, with screenings across London and the UK.
25 feature films are playing at the festival, including documentaries on TLC, Judee Sill, Cyndi Lauper, The Zombies, Max Roach, The Elephant 6 Recording Co, Tom De Vit and Pavement.
The schedule also includes the first-ever authorised documentary on Nic Cave’s seminal band, The Birthday Party, and the story of the world’s largest-ever illegal rave, Free Party: A Folk History.
