Good Health Good Wealth will release their debut album This Time Next Year We’ll Be Millionaires on 14th November, capping off what’s been a breakout year for the London duo.
The album arrives off the back of a run of sold-out UK shows and a packed summer that saw them play 17 festivals, including Glastonbury and the main stage at Reading and Leeds. Along the way, they’ve earned steady support across Radio 1, 6 Music and BBC Introducing, while recently finishing their first European tour with Big Special.
Described by the band as a “week-long metaphor for a decade of twentysomething life,” the album follows vocalist Bruce Breakey through seven days in London, tracing his highs, lows and everything in between. Each track represents a day of the week, unfolding from Monday to Sunday. It’s a story about struggling to stay afloat in the city, with humour and grit keeping the whole thing from slipping into self-pity.
Breakey explains, “It’s not a glamorous world. More often than not, I’ve spent my days fighting to keep my relationships, my sanity and my bank balance in check. But the little wins have always kept me going, and at the end of the day, that’s all we can do: keep going. As ‘Full Circle’ says, ‘Be brave and believe or behave and die anyway.’ Because This Time Next Year We’ll Be Millionaires.”
The record features their recent singles ‘Full Circle’ and ‘Beautiful Boy’, alongside new track ‘This Time Next Year We’ll Be Millionaires’, which closes the album on a note of cautious optimism. Its mix of drum’n’bass rhythms, indie-pop bounce and ska flair nods to The Streets, Antony Szmierek and Bloc Party, while Breakey’s laid-back delivery keeps it grounded.
Despite its themes of frustration and burnout, the album never loses its charm. It’s sharp, self-aware and full of personality, with references that range from The Fonz to Phil Lynott. Beneath the humour, though, there’s a clear sense of resilience and hope – that belief that things can still turn around if you keep going.

The album was written and produced by Breakey and multi-instrumentalist Simon Kuzmickas, with additional production from Joseph Wander and Fredwave, and mixing by Tom Waterman. A vinyl release will include extra material expanding the album’s story.
Their UK and Ireland headline tour in November and December has already sold out, and they’ll join Big Special on tour early next year.
