All Points East has announced an expanded line-up of support acts for LCD Soundsystem’s headline date at the 2024 festival. The New York band will headline at Victoria Park in East London on Friday, 23rd August, marking their return since their 2018 performance at the same event.
Late last year, it was confirmed that James Murphy and his band would be joined by Pixies, Floating Points, Jockstrap, Nation Of Language, Sofia Kourtesis, and Eyedress. Today (21st May), organisers revealed additional acts, including Joy (Anonymous), The Kills, and new NewDad.
Other new names on the line-up are Joe Goddard (Hot Chip), MSPAINT, Monobloc, Dove Ellis, and Nick Ward.
Last month, Mitski was announced as the final headliner for this year’s All Points East, where she will be supported by Beabadoobee, TV Girl, Ethel Cain, and Arlo Parks. The 2024 festival will also feature headline performances by Loyle Carner, The Postal Service, Death Cab For Cutie, and Kaytranada. Additional artists include Thundercat, Nas, Jai Paul, Pixies, Phoenix, Gossip, and Sleater-Kinney.
Field Day 2024, part of All Points East, will take place in Victoria Park on Saturday, 24th August. Justice and PinkPantheress are set to headline, joined by 2ManyDJs (DJ set), Romy (live), Mura Masa (DJ set), I. Jordan (live), Yves Tumor, Sega Bodega, and more.
In addition, LCD Soundsystem is slated to perform on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival next month, following their headline show at Malahide Castle near Dublin.
Meanwhile, The Kills, fresh from their European tour promoting their latest album God Games, will perform at Manchester’s Albert Hall on 21st August.
