Willie J Healey has announced a five-date UK headline tour for November 2025, marking the largest run of solo shows of his career. The Oxfordshire songwriter will perform across major cities including Manchester, Glasgow, and London, where he’ll headline the Electric Ballroom for the first time.
Tickets go on general sale Friday 20th June at 10am, with a pre-sale available from Wednesday 18th June for fans signed up to his mailing list.
“I’m really excited to be visiting these cities in November and playing the biggest shows that I’ve played to date,” says Willie. “I’ve got lots of new music and my aim is to be playing it for you all then. It’s a very exciting thought in my mind and I will be counting down the days.”
The tour follows a banner 18 months for Healey. His third album Bunny, a warm, groove-driven blend of slacker soul and 70s funk, was named Album of the Year by BBC 6 Music’s Guy Garvey and earned spots on year-end lists from Rough Trade, Resident and others. Singles like ‘Dreams’, ‘Thank You’ and the recent follow-up track ‘The Apple’ saw him build momentum across both BBC Radio 1 and 6 Music.
Produced by Loren Humphrey in New York, ‘The Apple’ continues the retro-futurist sound of Bunny, adding a touch more swagger and polish. Healey’s playful yet vulnerable songwriting has caught the attention of artists like Florence Welch, Jamie T, and Alex Turner – all of whom he’s supported on tour.
These November dates will be the first opportunity for fans to hear new material from Healey’s next chapter. For an artist long praised for his offbeat charm and genre-spanning instincts, it marks another confident step forward.
