Fred Again.., Liam Gallagher, Lana Del Rey, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Blink-182 and Gerry Cinnamon have been announced as six huge headliners for next year’s Reading & Leeds Festival.
These impressive names are all set to take to the main stage of the hugely popular festival, which is taking place between 21 and 25 August 2024.
Other acts announced today include soulful songstress Raye, dubstep pioneer Skrillex, rapper Digga D and heavy metal band Spiritbox.
The major stars announced today have each had a word or two to say about their names on the billing, with Fred Again.. (real name Fred Gibson) explaining Reading & Leeds will be “the only UK festival I’m playing next year and is the first festival I ever went to.”
Lana Del Rey’s performance will also mark a UK exclusive headline set, whilst Liam Gallagher will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of Oasis’ iconic Definitely Maybe debut, and has said: “I’m gonna be playing Reading & Leeds – the most RnR festivals we have left in the UK. Be there or be square LGx”
Elsewhere, Catfish and the Bottlemen will be marking their return at the festival, adding to their status as a potent live force, whilst Blink-182 – fresh from a recent reuniting of their own – will also be providing a UK exclusive.
