Irish rock duo Dea Matrona are set to drop their eagerly awaited debut album, For Your Sins, on May 3rd (pre-order here). Alongside this announcement, they’ve released a new single, ‘Stuck on You,’ showcasing their classic rock influence tinged with contemporary vibes.

The duo, Mollie McGinn and Orlaith Forsythe, say ‘Stuck on You’ (listen here) emerged from a spell of sleepless nights and a brief hiatus from touring, capturing a sense of crazed inspiration. They describe the album: “It’s about our journey of self-discovery, filled with failures and realizations that the mystery of our identity is what makes Dea Matrona thrilling.”

‘For Your Sins’ draws from a broad palette, from Fleetwood Mac to Arctic Monkeys, delivering a varied sound from thumping rock anthems to whimsical pop tunes.

Dea Matrona, known for their electrifying covers and original tracks on the streets of Belfast, have quickly ascended the ranks of the music world, amassing a significant online following.

To celebrate the album’s release, Dea Matrona have also announced a UK & Ireland headline tour in May 2024. The tour kicks off in Liverpool on the album’s release day and will see the band electrifying audiences across both countries, concluding with a string of shows in Ireland.

Tickets for the tour go on sale on February 9th at 10 AM.
