South London art-punk sextet Man/Woman/Chainsaw have announced their biggest UK tour yet for May 2027, culminating at London’s The Forum on May 11th.
Artist mailing list and Spotify pre-sale for the new dates begin at 10am British Summer Time (BST) on Wednesday, 23rd September, with general sale following at 10am BST on Friday, 25th September.
The announcement follows an entirely sold-out UK tour already underway across September and October, off the back of a summer of packed-out UK and European festivals, including a last-minute, triumphant appearance at End of the Road earlier this month. The band will also cross the Atlantic later this year for their debut US headline shows, with both New York dates already sold out.
The tour celebrates debut album Cannonball, released last month, named by New Musical Express (NME) as “one of the most accomplished debuts of the year.” The record marked the band’s first UK chart position, landing at number 33 on the Official Albums Chart, alongside top 10 positions on the Independent Albums, Vinyl Albums, CD Albums and Physical Albums Charts. It’s available on eco-mix black vinyl, a limited berry-coloured LP with signed insert, and a Rough Trade exclusive blue and clear splatter edition paired with a bonus 7-inch.
Cannonball was recorded at RAK Studios with producers Seth Evans, known for his work with Geordie Greep, and Margo Broom, known for Fat White Family and Big Joanie. The pair also worked on pre-album single ‘Adam & Steve’, playlisted by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) 6 Music, alongside later singles ‘Only Girl’, ‘Nosedive’ and ‘Get Up and Dance’.

Formed when its members were just 16 and still writing songs in a converted vicarage, the band built toward Cannonball across a breakthrough 2025 that saw them sell out both London’s Scala and a full UK tour, play live sessions for KEXP and Steve Lamacq at BBC 6 Music, and make a first trip to Austin for South by Southwest (SXSW). Drummer Lola Cherry has described the album’s sound evolving away from an original, harder-edged concept once the band realised “we weren’t Rage Against the Machine,” leaning instead into the softer moments that have become central to their sound.
