Award-winning singer-songwriter Holly Humberstone has shared details for her Work In Progress EP, slated for release on March 15, 2024, offering a peek into the archives of her musical evolution.
Fresh off the heels of her top 5 debut album, Paint My Bedroom Black, Humberstone continues to enchant with her transparent and intuitive storytelling. The EP, described by Holly as a “stream of consciousness,” kicks off with the single ‘Dive’ (listen here), a song that serves as a cautionary tale about the complexities of involvement with her.
‘Dive’, shared initially with her Discord community and now available to all, reflects Holly’s musings on the unpredictable nature of life and relationships. The track showcases Humberstone’s signature candidness and a samples from Bravo’s ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’, adding a layer of pop culture reference to the story.
