The bill at this year’s festival, set in Oxfordshire’s Cornbury Park, had already announced electronic duo The Chemical Brothers, influential French artist Christine and the Queens and big beat long-timer Fatboy Slim as its headliners.
And now Wilderness have added a few big names set to play this year, when it takes place between 3rd and 6th August, adding to the festival’s sense of eclecticism.
2021’s Mercury Prize winner Arlo Parks is among the new names; Chicago house and Grammy-nominated DJ and producer Honey Dijon is another; whilst seminal French DJ Laurent Garnier is yet another big-hitter to have been added to the line-up.
Joesef, Franc Moody and Todd Terry also join a bill alongside Sugababes, Confidence Man, Pip Millett, GoGo Penguin and Eats Everything, to name a handful.
Now in its twelfth season, Wilderness also prides itself on offering more than just music, with talks, comedy, culinary feasts and other hedonistic activities available there.
Such activities will see various other notable figures make appearances, from comedian Sara Pascoe to author Elizabeth Day, whilst esteemed cultural groups such as Candoco Dance Company, Royal Opera House, and art institution V&A will also put on a range of showcases and workshops.
