Mollie Elizabeth has released new single ‘Puppet Show’, produced by Joshua Murty with string composition by Kyle Gordon.

Built on a jazz-inspired soundscape with a pop sensibility, the retro-referential track looks at beauty ideals and the ways people shrink themselves to fit in. Mollie has said every melody she writes works as its own small world, one built to “invite you in.”

Raised in Washington state’s Cascade Range, Mollie grew up on her parents’ record collections, Rosemary Clooney, Doris Day and Connie Francis from her mother, The Zombies and The Kinks from her father. She started writing and recording with a $12 microphone, posting an early demo online that would become her breakout hit, ‘Vegas Venetian’.

‘Puppet Show’ follows recent single ‘Run Rabbit’ and her 2025 debut EP, Dirty Blonde, released via Neon Gold Records.

The self-directed video for ‘Puppet Show’ sees the 22-year-old undergo a procedure that leaves her wrapped like a mummy.
