Travis Scott, 50 Cent, D-Block Europe among first acts revealed for Wireless 2023

Travis Scott, Playboi Carti, D-Block Europe and a special guest appearance from hip hop legend 50 Cent have all been announced in the first wave of acts for Wireless 2023.

Travis Scott

As in most years, Wireless boasts an impressive list of acts to play in addition to the main headliners announced so far. Playboi Carti, Lil Uzi Vert, Ice Spice, Headie One and British RnB trio FLO will all also play.

Many festival-goers will likely be pleased to hear that Wireless will only be held in one location this year, in Finsbury Park.

Last year’s festival was spread across two weekends in three locations – Crystal Palace Park, Finsbury Park, and Birmingham – with some fans denouncing an uneven spread of stellar acts across the different venues.

Travis Scott last appeared at the sold-out Wireless in 2019 and last played the UK in two O2 Arena shows in August, where he reportedly set a new record for merchandise sales

His upcoming Wireless headline slot will also follow the Houston rapper, having settled the lawsuits in October regarding the Astroworld tragedy in November 2021, in which ten audience members were killed.

Travis Scott also has a new forthcoming record, Utopia, set for release later this year.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent will make his Wireless debut as a special guest on the Sunday, while Ice Spice, Joey Bada$$ and Headie One will play on the Saturday.

Rising talents Clavish and Lancey Foux are also making appearances across the weekend.
