The final will take place on 10 June at Istanbul’s Atatürk Olympic Stadium, with the pre-game show sponsored by Pepsi. Who he will perform with is yet to be announced, but he has been described as a “global sensation” in a press release. Pepsi loves a football sponsorship and has enlisted Burna Boy, Lionel Messi, Real Madrid’s Vinícius Júnior and the Arsenal and England star Leah Williamson to spread the word through the hashtag #PepsiKickOffShow. UEFA’s Guy-Laurent Epstein added: “The UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show is a significant part of our joint efforts with Pepsi MAX, providing an incredible opportunity to reach new and younger audiences with some of the biggest names and rising stars in music.” On 3 June, Burna Boy will appear at Stratford’s London Stadium.
