Avatar: The Way Of Water, the first of many sequels to James Cameron’s 2009 hit film, is now only a few weeks away and the final trailer gives us a better look at those gorgeous underwater sequences.
In the trailer, we see Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) travel to the underwater world with his family.
We also glimpse a little bit of the film’s epic fight sequences as Jake and the Na’vi are presumably forced to violently defend Pandora from outside forces once again.

The final trailer for Avatar: The Way of Water also showcases more of those underwater sequences. The water elements look particularly well realised and will without a doubt look brilliant on the big screen.
The synopsis reads: “Set more than a decade after the events of the first film, “Avatar: The Way of Water” begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.”
James Cameron is back on directing and writing duties and the cast includes Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Kate Winslet, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder and Giovanni Ribisi.
Avatar: The Way of Water is in cinemas December 16 with tickets on sale now.
