The iconic, non-profit festival returns for its 52nd edition next year, between 29 June and 6 July 2024. Last year’s event had a number of significant names, including Blur and Kendrick Lamar, and this year is no different. Among the first 16 acts announced, there’s the inimitable PJ Harvey, the luscious-voice Romy and the exceptional Columbian-American singer-songwriter Kali Uchis.

Speaking on the announcement of today’s acts, Roskilde Festival’s program director Anders Wahré has said: “We have a long-running history of being a progressive festival with an international perspective, and we consistently push ourselves to further that purpose. “We aim to inspire every single one of our 130,000 festival participants with a diverse lineup characterized by artistic curiosity and groundbreaking headliners presented in a unique festival setting.”

A full festival ticket gives access to the festival from 29 June to 6 July and costs around €320 (DKK 2,400) plus a fee; a one-day ticket costs around €160 (DKK 1,200) plus fee. In our full five-star review of Roskilde Festival earlier this year, whynow wrote: “As the festival’s tagline proclaims, Roskilde is a smelting pot of ‘music, art, activism, camps and freedom.’
