Blueface, real name Jonathan Porter, will be booked into the Clark County Detention Center. On top of the warrant for attempted murder with a deadly weapon, Blueface also faces a charge of discharging a firearm at/into an occupied structure.
At the time of the arrest, Blueface was reportedly with his girlfriend, Chrisean Rock, at Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles, according to the rapper’s manager.
Blueface is best known for his 2018 hit ‘Thotiana’. It was remixed by both YG and Cardi B, and peaked at number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100. His debut mixtape, Famous Cryp, reached 29 on the Billboard 200.
Blueface’s relationship with Rock has attracted a lot of media attention due to a series of volatile, public incidents. In August, a video appeared of the two fighting in Los Angeles, and then just a few weeks later, Rock was arrested after another fight, this time in Arizona. Blueface was then alleged to have punched Rock’s father in Los Angeles.Â
In November 2021, a warrant was issued for Blueface for attacking a bouncer outside a San Fernando Valley-area nightclub.Â
He was also arrested for Felony Gun Possession in Hollywood earlier this year.
