The 64-year-old’s first-ever greatest hits tour will include one date at The O2 on Saturday, 14 October, and two consecutive nights in Madison Square Garden in August.

Madonna will play in 35 cities, beginning at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on 15 July and concluding at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome on 1 December. She will be joined by Bob the Drag Queen, winner of the eighth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

In a star-studded video making the announcement, which includes Jack Black, Eric André, Lil Wayne and Diplo, Madonna is “dared” by Amy Schumer to embark on the world tour covering four decades of her work.

“That’s a lot of songs – you think people would come to that show?” the legendary singer asks before the A-listers say they all would. “The answer is: fuck yeah,” she states before celebration erupts over her 1990 smash hit, ‘Vogue’.

“‘80s, ‘90s, 2000s, four decades of music avec moi,” she concludes before referencing her abbreviations for Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone.

Madonna’s last tour came in 2019 and 2020, with the Madame X shows being played in far smaller, more intimate theatres. Her Sticky and Sweet Tour, between 2008 and 2009, remains the highest-grossing tour from a female artist.
