The full 2023 Coachella lineup will include headliners Bad Bunny, Blackpink, and Frank Ocean when it returns to Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, this April.
Rosalía, Gorillaz, Björk, Charli XCX, Burna Boy, Alex G, Jai Paul, and Glorilla also make the roster this year. As previously announced, the festival occurs across two weekends: April 14-16 and 21-23. Check out the poster and full lineup below. Coachella 2022 marked the first time the festival ever took a break between years due to the postponement and eventual revocation of the planned 2020 occasion. Thereafter, AEG instigated a string of layoffs, furloughs, reduced hours, and salary cuts. Coachella was shifted to April 2021 before being again cancelled in January 2021 due to ongoing coronavirus problems.
The festival returned in April 2022, but not without drama. Less than ten days before the first weekend of the festival was scheduled to take place, Coachella suddenly took Kanye West off the lineup and, in his home, the Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia stepped up. West was later sued for $7.1 million by the Los Angeles–based production and design firm Phantom Labs, which argued that he owed them cash for work on his cancelled Coachella concert.

In an irregular move, festival co-founder Paul Tollett disclosed that Frank Ocean will headline Coachella 2023 after Covid-19 forced the cancellation of the 2020 edition, which the musician was planned to headline. When clarifying why he broke the news so far in advance, Tollett told the Los Angeles Times, “Right now, it’s the Wild West. I’m just trying to be as fair as I can to artists and the fans to ensure that eventually, they get to see everyone we talked about.”Frank Ocean is set to headline the final day of the festival
