Kasabian have today released ‘Coming Back To Me Good’ (listen here), the third single from their eagerly awaited new album, Happenings. The track is set to debut on The Jonathan Ross Show tomorrow night.

Described by guitarist Serge as a blend of sophisticated pop and communal joy, ‘Coming Back To Me Good’ is defined by its disco vibes and a chorus that screams togetherness. “It’s got that disco drive, but there’s also a moment of togetherness,” Serge explains. “I imagine playing this when the sun’s out and your team is in the semi-final because it’s just so joyful.”

The single is part of their upcoming album, Happenings, which will be released on July 5th through Columbia Records. Serge and Mark Ralph (known for his work with Zara Larsson and Clean Bandit) co-produced the album, which consists of ten concise, potent tracks inspired by the eclectic art performances of the late 1950s. With a total running time of 26 minutes, Serge notes, “A minute shorter than the Ramones debut,” emphasising the album’s brisk, impactful essence.
