Richmond AFC will return for season 3 this March, and we have a short and sweet teaser featuring everyone’s favourite coach, Ted Lasso himself.

Ted Lasso will return on 15 March for its third season on AppleTV+. The comedy series about a clueless American taking on coaching duties of Richmond AFC has won the hearts of critics, audiences and awards bodies alike.

Season 2 will go down in history as a record-breaking season as it made Ted Lasso the most Emmy-winning comedy show for a second consecutive year.

Check out the brief but sweet teaser trailer here.

As you can see, all of the gang are back, including Jason Sudeikis’ Ted Lasso, Hannah Waddingham’s Rebecca and Brett Goldstein’s Roy. One character missing from the roster in the trailer is Nick Mohammed’s Nate, the assistant coach who became a bit of a villain last season.

Nate famously tipped a journalist off on Ted’s mental health issues and was revealed to have jumped ship to West Ham at the very end of the season.

That being said, this looks like another great, heartwarming season of the popular comedy as all the characters write down the word “BELIEVE” on pieces of paper and hang it in the locker room for Ted Lasso to see.

Season 3 will have 12 episodes, which will air weekly on AppleTV+.
