The first trailer didn’t give us much, but the new teaser trailer for Greta Gerwig’s Barbie shows us Margot Robbie’s Barbie. And Issa Rae’s Barbie. And Emma Mackey’s Barbie. You get the idea.
We also meet some of our Kens, including Ryan Gosling’s Ken and Simu Liu’s Ken, who seem to have some beef between them. The two are engaged in a very beach-themed argument in the trailer.

We still don’t know much about the plot of the film, but it looks like Robbie’s classic Barbie is going on an adventure to the real world. And Gosling’s Ken is coming along. And he’s brought his roller skates. Apparently he never leaves the house without them.
The short, official synopsis for Barbie reads: “To live in Barbie Land is to be a perfect being in a perfect place. Unless you have a full-on existential crisis. Or you’re a Ken.”
Warner Bros. also dropped plenty of character posters, giving us our first look at Will Ferrell, Michael Cera and many more in the film. Dua Lipa is also featured in one of the posters, playing Mermaid Barbie.
Barbie is set to be released July 21, going head to head with Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer.
